2. What data we process morethanpostcards does not yet have an automated online shop. When you fill out our order form, we manually process the data you provide there (e.g. name, address, email, order request) to process your request and get your postcard set to you.

3. Purpose of processing We use your data exclusively to:
process your order and deliver your postcards
respond to your questions
inform you about the Mail Club going forward and general postcard bundles, if you signed up for it
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Retention period We store your data only as long as necessary to process your order or as required by law.

1. Scope These terms apply to all orders of postcard sets from morethanpostcards placed via the website or order form.
2. Contracting party morethanpostcards, Chiara Marty, Robert-Seidel-Hof 24, 8048 Zurich, chiara.mmarty@gmail.com
3. Ordering There is currently no automated ordering process. Orders are placed via our order form and manually reviewed and confirmed by us. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email.
4. Prices and payment [Prices as shown on the current website. Payment method: prepayment or twint. All prices are in CHF, including VAT where applicable, plus shipping costs.
5. Shipping We ship within Switzerland and internationally. Delivery time: approx. 5 business days.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal Although Swiss law does not require a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return period from receipt of goods. Postcards must be undamaged and in original condition to be returned. To arrange a return, write to us with the same order form you ordered the postcards – you cover return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
7. Defects If you receive a damaged or faulty order, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Liability We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Beyond that, liability is limited to what is permitted by law.
9. Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of ordering applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction Swiss law applies.
